Baytex was a member of my portfolio team some years back before Canadian officials killed their highly prosperous royalty trusts serving seniors in Canada and the USA. Over-legislation did it.

Nowadays I engage in very few picks failing to pay me in distributions along the way. CLDR was an exception and I scored well. BTX is a low end stock paying nothing at this time.
