If the unlimited authorized is a red flag for you, then what color is the flag for the fact that they can only issue so many shares per year? Surely that is better than simply unlimited?

BY the way - this stock is on my back burner as either a total loss or a very long term thing. I don't waste my time doing DD on it, because of that, and because it has done no good in the past. You probably have blocked it out, but there was a time when ALL available DD for this company was VERY positive.

That is why you won't see me making any statements like yours (as if it is fact), but rather as a question, which is what I did.
