Well I figured as long as you have been invested in this co. you would have known this. This was passed as part of the r/s proxy. The authorized is unlimited(Big RED flag IMO BTW) but the amount that they can issue on a yearly basis is limited. But the sad thing is,after they max this out every year then the next year the amount they can issue becomes even more. This is why we see a steady increase in the number of shares every year. I would venture to guess that they would issue millions more if they legally could.


Now,you had better catch up on your DD with this co.because I am just about done here.
