If I've said it once, I've said it a million times. There are technical reasons why this stock won't move in a significant upward trend. We all should understand that by this point. There are professional stock hunters(individual and institutional) aplenty out there, and they are just chomping at the bit to glom onto the next big blockbuster. Does anyone think it would take them more than 10 years to get wind of BIEL? Oh, Come On! You can bet these stock chasers examine the fundamentals associated with target firms, which include the management functions, no doubt.
