Yep, quite awhile for nothing to happen and for company to be 100% dead silent

<<What's it been now - about 6-months on this process >>

The bottom line is the company has to keep shareholders best interest at heart.....in fact, it is a law....you are part owners of whatever company you own stock in.....technically silent partners with no say in how the company is run, but your money is what keeps company afloat and operating. The company cannot act in any manner that may harm shareholders, assuming the actions are done 'willingly'. Any actions done willingly by the company that will harm shareholders is technically illegal. Far as I can see the company has made all the decisions as per the merger and terms, the RS and the weird terms and etc, etc....6 months later there is a failure to deliver that the company is very well aware of and has been aware of, yet they have not addressed the issue at all..they have done nothing official to let shareholders know they are aware of some issues and are working to get them resolved. SO MANY ISSUES and SO MANY shareholders demanding daily, answers from the company, yet they still will not say a word.....This has been one of the biggest 'pooch screw' deals I have ever seen with more issues then you can count and for over 6 months the company has done nothing. IMO, their actions are illegal and I do expect seperate and class action suits to be filed against the company. I also do not think this fiasco is going unnoticed by the SEC, although the SEC may do nothing....as far as I am concerned, the SEC has way too much power, yet they are as corrupt as the system and misuse the power they have......they have ignored many serious issues with many companies, while jumping all over and bankrupting other companies that dont have 1/100th the problems of others....IMO, the SEC is a BIG BOY out to protect other big boys and they dont give a hoot about the small retail investor..they are well aware that many retail investors can go bankrupt without it effecting the markets...however, when the big boys get in deep doo doo, the markets can be greatly effected and the SEC is not going to allow that to happen....I wont mention the name of the company or the rep at the sec I was dealing with......but I do know as a fact that a particular company was halted, for the sole purpose of protecting the big boys. The stock ran up and ran up a huge %..everything was 100% legit....but the big boys were caught by suprise by a 2 day 2000% move up and were caught SHORT with their pants down..and illegaly short at that....did it matter? Nope, they halted the company to save the big boys and in the process bankrupted the company and caused all retail shareholders that didnt get out with their profits in time, to also take 100% losses....so, although the SEC is aware, I really cant say whether they may halt the trading or ignore the issues...they will do whatever is best for the big boys, without consideration for the company or it's shareholders, so no way to tell if the SEC will help or hurt PAVC......

back to my point....all the excuses for how long now..over 6 months...with nary a word from the company..just different answers everyday from brokers and TA, yet company is 100% silent.

According to the TA, they keep requesting info, but are not receiving the correct info.....Well gee whiz....lets get back to the part where the company is legally bound by law to protect and do what is in the best interest of it's shareholders.....so, A) why have they not said a word when every shareholder is asking them to SPEAK UP? B)Sorry, but in over 6 months, they could have flown in person to each corporate headquarters and IN PERSON gotten all the info they need in a matter of days and get shareholders their shares/certs. C) Furthermore, the TA says they keep requesting the proper info but they keep not getting it...well, they dont need to get on a plane...they merely need to pick up the phone and spend a day or two talking to each broker's corporate resolution dept, and they would have all info required. There is no valid excuse why 6 months have gone by and company has not spoken and they keep saying we cant get the proper info...are they idiots?? It is NOT that hard to get the proper info.......What the company is doing imo, is akin to somebody saying the check is in the mail, 25 times, but the check never arrives and they keep saying the mailman got the zip code wrong and the person that is owed the check keeps believing the excuses, while they never get their check......Think about it......Do people think this is the only merger or split that ever happened? Why is PAVC so unique and different from every other company, in that they cant get very simple info ( I dont want to hear the short or naked short position makes it impossible to get correct info as most every company on the planet has to deal with shorting and naked shorting). This is NOT rocket science......I almost have to laugh that 6 months have gone by and the excuse is 'we cant get the correct info'...why cant they? Again, it is not rocket science and other companies do not have this issue.....Put me in the PAVC headquarters and give me 48 hours and I would have every bit of info from the brokers that the TA claims he needs.....So why cant THEY do it? Something as simple as this and they cant get the info in 6 months? LMAO....Heck, put mickey mouse and goofy in charge for 48 hours and they too would have no problem getting the correct info...once again, this is NOT rocket science...we are actually talking about something that is relatively simple and is done everyday with many, many companies/brokers/ta's.......So why is PAVC so inept that they cant do something relatively simple...why is it over 6 months and they still havent done what is relatively simple that mickey mouse could have gotten done in 48 hours...most of all, why has it been 6 months and the only thing people hear are different things from the brokers and the TA's same old song that they cant get the correct info...yet not a single word from the company itself?

Once again, I hope everything works out for the longs and in micro world, anything is possible..great companies with potential can go down 99% in a day while 100% scams run out of some 18 year olds apartment can go up 5000% in a few days....in micro world, anything is possible, so anything is possible with PAVC as well, and I for one hope this has a happy ending for the longs.......
