In this case the patents were INVALIDATED by PTAB

In our case, our patents have been VALIDATED despite numerous attempts by Cisco and Arris. This should show how valuable the patents are!!!

That case was against one company. We are taking on 13 of the biggest cable companies with MONSTER REVENUE > BILLIONS
