BIG NEWS IN THE IVDN CASE!

The judge has ordered that IVDN is allowed to file a Sur-rebuttal expert report by the Nobel-nominated scientist in Houston, Dr. Mavrokefalos.

This is, from what I gather, an extensive scientific explanation by one of the top minds in the country, on exactly how Insultex works, and why it works as well as it does.

This represents the tolling of the death bell for the FTC and its fraudulent case against IVDN and Insultex, in my opinion

The clock is ticking on this case now, also in my opinion

People wishing to take a chance on IVDN should now be warming up their trading accounts

The day this case is declared over, I think the stock will run to $1.50

If they follow it up with a large order, it will run to $5

Remember, there is almost no free trading stock floating around out there, the O/S is only 27 million, and the CEO and his family own about half of that.

Other large holders probably control another 7-10 million

I personally believe the float is less than 5 million shares
