So NTGL cannot be acquired because there is nobody to sell it and nobody to authorize anyone to do so, and nobody to authorize any transactions, and nobody to authorize and hold a shareholder vote, and nobody who is authorized to nominate directors, and nobody who can authorize and hold an election.
