Not Precision Medicine, Per Se — Just Anavex!

Precision medicine offers a glimmer of hope for Alzheimer's disease

Not really. “Precision medicine,” accurately, is the precise connection of a thoroughly accurate genetic disease profile with treatments known to work against the diseases with whose with the particular genetic profiles. First, diagnose the disease. Then, for treatment precision, chose therapies known to work with the particular genetic profiles.

For Alzheimer’s (and other central nervous system diseases), there can be no precision medicine without treatments, drugs that will provide actual symptomatic relief.

It is not genetic profiling, “precision medicine,” that can provide a glimmer of hope for those suffering with Alzheimer’s. In fact, it’s Anavex Life Sciences Corp and Anavex 2-73 that can bring particular hope, even successful treatment.

Without precision medicine, without establishing the genetic profiles indicating Anavex 2-73 efficacy or inefficacy, Anavex 2-73 would be administered imprecisely; given to all with Alzhemier’s symptoms.
