Blizz, I would think that if the Indian Gov't/Modi likes the prototype/proof of concept, they would pay for that installation (unless it was a freebie) as it is in actual use. Then they (Impact)could use that money to purchase equipment for the next installation and so on and so on for each install.
No financing needed, except scraping up enough capitol for the first one - the already up and running prototype. That may be why they are searching for money - they used it all for the prototype.
My question for Dan Bates is: Where is the equipment being manufactured? If Indiana plant is closed....India? Any US manufacturing at all?
