Your entire post is rather confusing. First let me clarify, I never said r/s increases the value of the company. I said 2 things, r/s will lead to higher pps and that higher pps will be based on the “real” Company’s value. Like I said in my previous post currently the company is valued at less than $800k based on market cap. The assets of the company is in the millions so the company is extremely undervalued.

Now we are in agreement that pps will go up after r/s. But then your statement about institutional investors only buying shares after r/s so they can sell into market for profit doesn’t make sense. Wouldn’t the institutional investor be buying the stock at the r/s current price? Ok let’s assume they get discounted pricing but even at that based on what your saying about stock going down after r/s means the institutional investors still wouldn’t be guaranteed a profit in the market because as you say pps will drop soon after r/s cause everyone will dump.

Remember the company has a goal to get up listed and that cannot happy with pps in the pennies. The fastest way out of that would be a r/s and then hope that the company has things in the pipeline to backup and justify the higher pps. I think too often in otc people over react when they hear reverse split. Yes sometime scam companies abuse it but there are positive reasons to do r/s. We know definitely RNVA is not a scam company, maybe poorly run if anything.
