The R/S leads to higher pps. By doing the r/s they’ll be able to price the stock to better reflect the value of the company. So technically after the r/s your shares will be worth more. It really comes down what pps they give the stock after the r/s. That part wasn’t so clear in their filing.

A RS does not increase the VALUE of the Company or its PPS, it only consolidates the existing shares which then reflect a higher PPS based on the approved RS equation.

Once the RS goes into effect, that's when institutional investors are willing to "buy" the Companies shares (7 Billion share increase for a reason) because they can then sell those shares into retail for profit. Institutional investors aren't going to buy shares at the current PPS because they would have to attain them for much less than .0007 in order to make a profit. And, IF they did aquire shares for less than .0007, then retail would dump it down to pretty much zero because they know their being sold into.

The recent Reg D offering for $1.2 million hasn't been "funded "yet". When do you think that will take place? Hint, after the RS & AS increase.


The RS & AS increase game goes round and round and round because the Companies get their money and the Instituitons get their money while retail is left to turn out the lights once the play has been burned out for good!
