-but big boys are still buying-even though some buyer fund managers take fridays off-
many use the word scam bc they mistakenly rely on a single court opinion that they think absolves them of all defamation bc that one court opinion said the use of that word was just an opinion

the U.S Supreme ct in 1964 set 'reckless disregard for the truth' as the defamation standard for public officials and famous personalities- negligence for the ordinary person- zn officials are somewhere in between those 2 standards
