You doing partial differential equations now? It's Black Scholes by the way and it's totally unrelated to underwater reeflike structures.

The option you're talking abut is a US (vs European) option, isn't it? Does Black-Scholes work on those? Or does it require an assumption that the option is to be held until its expiration date?
