Product is great, and testing was done that is how the container issue was determined
"Real" companies test products BEFORE going to market, NOT AFTER!
With a 30% defect rate, the product should have NEVER been released for retail sales last December! What an idiotic move! Once burned, customers do NOT return!
NOBODY WORKING FOR TAUG HAS THE SLIGHTEST CLUE ABOUT CONSUMER MARKETING!
But then, no one at TAUG gives a damn.... because the money that was put into to the HerMan product was just $$$ going to BSethie's FRIENDS Ice+Jam and the whole deal was just a ploy to keep TAUG from being a shell, right??? Just like BSeth said about the bamboozle wipes.

I've done my best. And will continue to.
The situation in 2013 necessitated a license agreement after the termination of such with ITL. Had we not entered into license agreement prior to June 30, 2013. We would have been designated "shell company status". That had to avoided at all costs for numerous reasons.
The Bamboo deal turned out to be less than ideal. But it served an important purpose at that time. It enabled us to survive and fight another day.
