agree, only 514m o/s confirmed by T/A. VGTL with a very small o/s and rising on awesone but still decent Volume days. looks for me like insider pre boarding to collect the float before VGTL will run $05 direction like so many other of my 15/12g Shell to R/M invests. just my speculation. We will see if we are right here. have a great feeling.
