Think big picture. You have to spend money to make money in the markets.

Without PRs the stock will continue to fall while spending to PR will make it go up with new investor interest especially with no dilution.

Otherwise it's just the same old faces who have already bought and waiting and will most likely grow impatient and sell out of frustration especially when seeing other stocks run.

Basic investing 101.
