Dakoy was going to do a new stock offering for Zander..In the agreement between the two companies the offering was to commence within 30 days of 6/12. When that gets wrapped up and how that goes in terms of raising capital all TBD...But at some point shares convert to a Zander symbol for trading...PPS TBD, the group in Entest Group TBD. But good news is that drug testing for toxicity shows very positive results...All IMO.GL.
