that statement is part of the official filing and i have pointed out before this is not a sec vs zn lawsuit by sec against zn but merely "a non public fact finding investigation" at this point.

all indications are this is a commercial well-an oil expert here says he has never seen a well with even 2 of the 3 conditions here turn out to be non-commercial and challenged anybody to show otherwise-and nobody has even attempted to take up the challenge

during the period from 2009-2017 shorters effectively instigated sec investigations and actions via their complaints to the sec
as has been shown by jryan etc happened here,effectively using not just the sec as an atm but brokers(1000's of stocks restricted during that time frame) and dtcc (many have stated is effectively controlled by brokers) and otc etc to drop pps and thus profit

but the latter 3 types of manipulations are unlikely for a fully listed NASDAQ stock like zn,which is why they are trying their old friend-the sec atm.

The only question this time is whether He is going to allow that type of manipulation(meaning an sec action vs the present non public fact finding investigation)now that 2 of the 5 sec commissioners last i looked are new political appointees who dont believe the swamp mantra that "all business is evil and has to be stopped"(even though the sec commissioners themselves dont usually rule on these things themselves,they and even the new administration have some influence on these things.

So this info is something to be used as an object of focused prayer,including that a third probusiness constitution minded sec commissioner replace an anti-business commissioner,so that orders cannot proceed from the sec commissioners themselves to subordinates to...
