averytheindian, every share of SPCL is about to be worthless forever;

It is pure fantasy that revoked shares of stock could be converted to a different company. Also, a class action lawsuit against Solaris Power Cells may be not worth the time because nobody knows if they have even one dollar to go after and officers are protected from liability by the corporate veil.

SPCL has shown how much they care about current and potential shareholders by not making a public statement about the suspension and the future of the company. Just like all of the other stocks revoked; people will spend unnecessary hours/days/week/years thinking they will get their $$$ back and it will be time wasted.
