any such request by the state of israel- if a voluntary request -would have to be weighed by zn,considering the fiduciary duty to keep stockholders informed-with sec watching over zn's shoulders re such fiduciary duty

but if the state had a compelling state interest to blackout news for a period and exercised authority to do so for security etc purposes,then it would be ok for zn to do so.
