The market is completely dominated by the lakes of Fidelity, State Street, Black rock, etc. In my opinion the pool of risk taking retail and small institutions and risk takers with in the ward your entities is very small after a ten-year ramp of the General indexes through ETF and institutional buying. Question what is the median price now for a small cap bio starting a phase 3?
