this 8k caught me by surprise. seems like maybe these guys are going to go thru the long process of getting $UBLI listed again. $CXKJ is going thru the process of relisting- it is a long and detailed endeavor - $CXKJ got their ticker pulled after marking an incorrect box on one of their filing-lol - didn't even go to greys- just got removed- pretty crazy.
