I have searched high and low for time frames around appeals to CAFC.

It seems that the appeal itself has to be made within 63 days from the date of the final written decision.

For Chanbond vs Cisco this was February 23 2018
Chanbond appeal as April 25 2018 ( See Link)

Nowhere on the USPTO.gov page can I find anything around how long it takes to dismiss or rexamine

Zomby I could have swore mentioned something during the motion to stay that he visited. Like the Judge and said something about it specifically. Ill dig more
