U set a price to sell an amount of shares, good for 60 days, when the stock hits that price the shares r automatically sold. I guessed a price of $2.09 If there is a settlement/buyout the stock could go up to that price. I don’t think it will get as high as $5, but anything is possible. with all the Lawyers & court fees that come out of the settlement; under $2.50 is a good guess. And locking up prevents more shorting or so I’m told on here.
