I happen to agree with you- $PMPG

Most folks did not read the substantial filing this management did back in March. If they did- they would understand that since they are a SEC audited and registered company - they submitted and issued the proper merger filings with the state of Delaware to REMOVE ALL OF THE DEBT FEATURE that used to be in $PMPG.

Now I ask anyone - why? Why do that? Apparently all the parties involved must have a master plan in place to make such a PRO-shareholder and tax/debt friendly move — which literally resulted in an increased value and intrigue for the Corp shell.

As you stated earlier - certain indications here are making me feel that things are heating up. The accumulation has increased - there are certainly no debt shares hitting. This could only bode WELL for the stock upon the next material event or even several.

I have always like this one because it has one fo the nicest share structures of any in the otc and they literally have no debt now in this stock after that 251G transaction. I don’t care who realizes that or not. They will eventually and they will likely hoped they would have just grabbed more. IMO of course
