I believe that the D.C. Dual Tracking Litigation, is now settled and completed and its requirements are also done as of 12/31/2017 ... So far ?, the only thing still missing ? is the actual receipt of the Settlement Agreements monetary distribution' to the Owners of the WMB Notes' ... which activates the FDIC's releases ...

I also believe that the Original Settlement between WMI & the FDIC (the original GSA) ... was delayed due to the ongoing D.C. Litigation' ... but now done' ... and once the GSA begins to function as was originally settled and agreed upon, ... the WMI Class 19 and WMI Class 22's will ALSO' have deemed to have released the FDIC-C and the FDIC-R as "Entities" ... once the GSA begins to be adhered to'
