This is truly good news. The amount of time however between announcements is slower then ________! Who knows or better yet who has a valid opinion when more news will be coming out? That is what I am interested in. As for the stock price, curious where you got those numbers. As you said "there was cash traded in the deal", therefore a price of $15 only gives them approximately 500,000,000.00. They are in it for more then that. They wanyt billions ....................not millions $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
