1. If they would focus on selling to USA police departments their revenue and earnings WOULD NOT BE LUMPY! Simply sell two V300s every week. They have more than enough salesmen to do it if they are good. Anyone I vote for for the BOD must believe this and hold Ferris accountable to it.

2. Today, BOD independent director Jeffrey Brown returned my phone call from Friday and we talked for about 10 minutes. I mostly talked, he mostly listened. My perception is that he might be a nice guy but he has NOTHING TO DO with the company. He WILL NOT demand a higher level of performance from Ferris and he WILL NOT represent shareholders the way we all expect. This is my perception/opinion based on his comments during the call.

He made excuses for Ferris. He said Ferris turned this company around. He said it is difficult to find good people. He was baffled why I am upset with the stock's performance over the last few years.

I am sure he left the call thinking that I am one big mean ahole/idiot and a real prick. I told him exactly what I think needs to be done (focus on sales) and that the BOD needs to hold the CEO accountable and demand a higher level of growth and profitability. I said it is unacceptable how the company has had zero growth over the last 12 months and really went hard after him and the other 2 independents. Told him they are not representing shareholders and that in my opinion they are all worthless as directors. Asked him about why none of them are significant shareholders - no answer. Asked him about giving Ferris goals to hit - no answer. I also combatted his Ferris defense by reminding him how Ferris lied to us during last year's shareholder meeting (business robust, Nasdaq by Jan 1, no mention of 1 for 2 split, investors lined up, etc).

I just about puked after we both hung up.
