a few other good things in the PR. NOBO to move towards BB exchange, they feel there was shorting. The deals were financed with Restricted stock, and that is included in the 550 mill o/s. They have institutional financer ready to buy about 225 million shares at the current prices, that is huge, that is what wang estimated the float to be. If anyone has any doubts about this company now, perhaps they should be buying bonds, lol sub penny levels will not last.

All in my own Opinion, Not a Recommendation!!! But let's try to make some money!
