Downside to price increase:

The way I see it if our escrow markers are being paid in 100% cash someday then WMIH price increase can go as high as it wants I don't care.

If we are one day going to be paid for some/all of our escrow markers with a fixed $$$ amount in WMIH shares, then I hope it happens soon. I would much prefer xxx,xxx shares at $1.50 sooner, than xx,xxx or x,xxx shares at $10,$20,$30 far down the road.

Please if shares are coming give us them soon so we can also benefit from WMIH price appreciation and not be given shares long after the rise has taken place.
