For the first time on this subject, I have just called twice and was transferred to a United States customer service supervisor each time. They both gave me the same answer. Will not post it because it’s not what some want to hear and I'm tired of arguing about something we have no control over. Also tired of everyone thinking that someone HAS to have an agenda. Sorry to disappoint but i don't care who buys or sells.

These supervisors were very detailed on the ability to look up inventory, or not look up inventory, and what it was based on. Both said the same thing about that too, and it was slightly different than what a front-line rep told me.

My point in posting this is that i would suggest people get on the phone with someone, and get to a person of some type of authority to get a better idea. Stop relying on the lowest level of customer service with an online chat, from someone usually in a foreign country where it's hard to understand context or tone with typed words and questions. Even if you don't share it, make your own phone call.
