Sure I guess it’s all possible. I’ve looked there at triads site before.
The information has a bit more to it and it’s possible perhaps they’ve developed the tech a bit more.
Is the old CEO still a part of it...maybe, and maybe at the time when Neil scooped up the last bit of SPCL preferred shares for $6K is when the actual deal for assets went down.

However if that were the case what would prevent them from filing the required 8K.

Who knows...

But i do still have all my tickets, haven’t sold even 1 :)
