I watched it again and I was correct.. He said only one bad lender was left and the others could only sell 5% and wouldn't sell into the bid..

Did Brad find a new toxic loan or was he trying to mislead us??

As far as a split.. I could see your point if they had revs coming in and the patent approved....

When the Rs comes I'm sure it will be worded in a way that makes shareholders think its being done do uplist.. I just don't believe many believe him anymore!!
