Actually your wrong and if you listed to the interview again, you would realize he was referring only too Phoenix Funds, pretty sure he named them specifically. At no time that recall, did he mention any of the other lenders. if I am wrong, please let me know where in the interview he stated anyone other the Phoenix and I will happily say I was wrong.

As for the RS, I am sure at some time in the future it will happen. Assuming its for the purpose of up listing and they have contracts and revenue to help support the share price, the split will be irreverent. Splits are only bad if shareholders lose value. IMO things are much different now then they were when the last RS was done. Brad himself has repeatedly acknowledged he did it wrong and regrets it.
