Its neutral if the delay is due to mechanical problems or geopolitical considerations. Eventually the reservoir will be announced.

Its good if the Extended Well Testing is taking time because the reservoir is large. The bigger the reservoir, the longer it takes to characterize it.

If ZN management is not trusted, then it could be construed that the delay is a sign of dry hole. I'm not in this camp; have seen scams before and this does not look like one. The scam operator looks for reasons to stop drilling so the contributed capital can be retained for their profit. ZN overcame many obstacles to complete the drilling, which is the opposite of a scam.
