Joseph Arcaro is under no current SEC/FINRA scrutiny as his other companies not involving Milost/Palewater or Nigerian billionaires are trading freely with high valuations.

Arcaro is an astute businessman who finds abandoned shells and cleans them up and sells them to real business enterprises, to the benefit of all share holders.
