If they bought ICLD, it would be like buying the 3-5(?) Mil dollars they owe ICLD, thus cancelling that debt to ICLD, for shares issued to ICLD stuck holders?

Which has some very interesting implications!!! Like what the share price would be for the shares used to buy back the debt to ICLD, maybe .10/share?

Or this could just be a pure fantasy idea.

What does ICLD have left that Ponder would even want???

I suspect the next buy will either be a private company with solid receivables and cash, or a Nasdaq stock ticker in some price trouble but still Nasdaq listed, doing what they did with Mvtg? Maybe both, one before the other?
