In hindsight, how accurate was that email correspondence? Did he ask you why there was reason for concern? Did he show any understanding of investor sentiment at the time? Did he display any real curiosity towards any of our concerns? Do you think his reply was copied and pasted?

I'm a shareholder. I've talked others into becoming shareholders. I've publicly stated all of this. How much more support does a true CEO need?

I know I said I wasn't going to tango, but I don't think it's right to imply that our tone is the reason Joey doesn't reply. It could just as easily be interpreted that the reason he replied to you is because it was easy and did not challenge him in anyway.

Read his response again, there is nothing of concrete value or anything that indicates he thinks the offering may not be a success (no, I am not implying there should be material non-public info in his responses).
