I am not asking anyone here to not hold people accountable. Our voices need to be heard. I am not trying to drown out anyones voice here. Just asking it to tone it down from a scream to a gentler note that might be more welcome
For e.g. "Joey bloated the PR he is a ###*(#@....the SOB needs to resign etc. etc."
to "Joey's PR appears to be lies. We need validation. Let's all send him a (gentle) email asking him to clarify our doubts or call him or Phil directly. Let's take some action to make sure this kind of PR does not happen again. Suggestions on how to tackle this as a group?"

If we worked together as a collective group our voices will be more powerful but if we keep screaming everyone will be wearing ear plugs. Would you rather respond to a heckler or a supporter? I have had responses from Joey to my emails I believe mainly because I am not coming out at him with fists in the air. See this post for a sample.
