WTF? Pushback? Brian has nothing to offer but a shell. Give it to Sterling.

The only thing Brian should be saying no to is an RS to protect shareholders that paid for LIBES debt and his salary he hasnt earned yet. Other than that all Brian should be saying is YES to everything else to get a deal done!
