Yes just like one of Arcaros other hijacked tickers SRBT. Now the new owners are being sued for past monies owed in past judgements so the CEO has launched a lawsuit in California against Arcaro for breach of contract regarding the sale of shares.

Cant make thus stuff up. No wonder Arcaro is being investigated by the SEC.
