Really? SO Mersky fired Zouvas as the company's attorney?? Where was that? Actually Mersky and Zouvas are joined at the hip. Thus the reason Zouvas was a co plaintiff along with DRNK/Mersky in the GRAS lawsuit. Had Zouvas not been named as co plaintiff and only as DRNK's representative that would be one thing. But co plaintiff as well? That smelled from the beginning. Since Mersky is Paying Zouvas for Counsel responsibilities and representation, Zouvas is in fact, by definition an employee!
