The scammers have figured out that FINRA allows one reverse split.

Soooooooo... What these guys do is right before they close up shop they reverse split the stock, pack there bags and turn out the lights.

Look for former Medifirst management to reappear in a year or two in another shell with a new name and product that will fail just like this way overpriced medical laser.

Investors hopes are dashed and their pockets are empty.

The "For Sale" sign will soon go up on this battered and abused shell and it's next tenant will soon move in.
