I agree with all that but one thing is being missed here.

Some of the projects (go back to look at the list in the white paper)are SOLAR only. This would involve WSTI obtaining the best panels using a discount for large purchases with no manufacturing needed. Some projects have a combination of both technologies.

But the panels part can be done pretty quickly. other tech added as needed.

So it is possible that they can handle a bunch of work pretty quickly

Everything I post is my own opinion and people should always do their own research and due diligence on any company they are looking at
