Many Drs get paid for the PROCEDURE and the payment encompasses the visit and follow ups. They may get a nominal copayment fee each time, but it is not enough to keep the lights on. Specialists HATE the clinic and could spend more time operating which is where the real revenue generating comes. This is a huge deal... As an Anesthesiologist, I know we could use it for follow up and include QA. Everything in medicine is going to performance based pay.... I think it was a mistake that they PRd the SHAC two days prior with no real GIANT news. Yes.... I like the updates, but they should know that people will be TOO hopeful, so why let that attitude gain traction just to disappoint. The traders will sell because there is no NEW BIG news and the PPS will likely slide. I will not sell and most longs will not, because NOTHING bad was said. I JUST HOPE THE FLIPPERS SELL and then WHAM!!! BIG NEWS OUT OF NO WHERE! I am sick of them toying with the price with low volume days and seeing all there "presumed" correctness and LOLs and LMAOs. It is nauseating... I hope RORY and the sheriff shut them up!! But again... building excitement with a let down ultimately. Sigh....
