Dear Rory, Thank you for the SHAC which provided an update on many of the questions we all had. I realize some folks who follow the company were looking for the Pot of Gold at the end of the rainbow, and may be disappointed we aren't there yet but you clearly pointed out we are on are way both with improved software and implementation. You were poised and the SHAC was interactive and those of us who are getting to know you well are not at all disappointed, as the future is very bright indeed. Looking ahead, this is all good. Actually this is all great!!!! Bravo!
