Initially when the Phase 1 Modular Plant is in operation they should mine ore from those areas where the highest quality flake is located. This would allow them to attain recognition as a producer of top quality graphite.

Ore that is not of the very best quality can be stockpiled and later concentrated -for other uses- when the Phase 2 Modular Plant is in operation.

Experienced miners should train those from the surrounding villages. Such would create employment for the local people as the Phase 2 Modular Plant is in operation.

I heard that company management went to Madagascar during the last week of June to meet with government officials.

From those meetings company management has been assured that they are getting the permit according to Madagascar's President and their mining department. For the next meeting scheduled for late July. I understand that the Canadian Government officials will be present in NextSource's behalf.

The Environmental Permit is going well but requires the mining permit to be in place before it can be granted.
