you are right - there is no sec vs zn yet -only a request for docs-and sec has authority to issue an admin subpoena to facilitate investigation
if sec ever determined they had cause to file an action we would learn that- but we aren't there yet-and may never be- and nobody should have suggested we are bc that is misleading-not talking about you-just backing you up
