You’re looking at it backwards. FINRA wouldn’t process a ticker change if there was an announced corporate action in the past 60 (not 90) days, so you look back at the time of application. Assuming it was requested in early March, I don’t see any corporate actions that would prevent the ticker change being processed. The only corporate action prior to that allegedly happened in November.
